  • Valerie
    Valerie teaches the GMAT math classes at GMATWorkshop Shanghai. She spikes in advanced problem solving such as probability and combinatorics. She is attentive to details, and always takes it her obligation to help students find their own ways of solving problems. An MBA and a master degree holder, she is enthusiastic about improving the education environment for immigrant children and has been a volunteer in this field for years.
  • Usman
    Usman teaches GMATWorkshop math and verbal classes in Beijing. He is known among his students for explaining each concept in a fun and concise way. Given his special talents in quantitative part of any test, he always successfully enables his student to get 5 to 8 more questions right in one complete test compared to the past. Usman is a Ph.D. candidate in economics and he is also a financial expert.

    Tim scored 760 on the GMAT (with perfect score for AWA, the writing part). He also obtained perfect math score on the GRE. Holding a Master’s degree in Management Science, he is the program director at GMATWorkshop Shanghai and has personally taught 300+ GMAT classes and seminars. He is renowned for his commitment to education from his students, many of whom comment in their course evaluations about his deep understanding of GMAT/GRE/TOEFL and true passion for teaching. Tim enjoys traveling to different countries each year to study how non-native English speakers learn English as a second language.

    Greg teaches 1-on-1 and small group GMAT and TOEFL classes with GMATWorkshop Shanghai. As an American, the fact that he scored 730 on the GMAT without much preparation demonstrated his capability of acing standardized test. A patient, understanding educator who knows that every student has a different learning style, Greg is a born teacher, motivator, and mentor to young professionals.

    Leila teaches the GMAT verbal classes at GMATWorkshop Beijing and Shanghai. She scored 770 on the GMAT and 47 in verbal (99 percentile). She developed a set of tools on improving one’s performance in GMAT verbal, and hosts classes and seminars to audiences around the world. Leila speaks fluent English, Russian and Chinese. Leila likes Latin dance, and is the champion of the debate team in her university.

    Jun teaches the GMAT math classes at GMATWorkshop Beijing. He obtained full scores in math in GMAT and GRE tests, and was named GMATWorkshop Instructor of the Year in 2010. He has spent years researching standardized test preparations, and has developed his unique way of building problem solving skills effectively. Jun likes playing Taichi and jogging in his spare time.

    David has been teaching GMAT in Beijing since 2009 and his GMAT score was 750. He has extensive working experience at multinational companies, and has been both a passionate teacher and a mentor to your professionals. Countless Beijing-area GMAT students have been proud to be on David’s winning GMAT team. David likes travelling and yoga.
  • Cindy
    Cindy teaches the GMAT verbal and AWA classes at GMATworkshop Shanghai. She was an English major at college, and is considered as the “wikipedia” of grammatical rules by GMATWorkshop alumni. Cindy was educated in China and the United States, and holds a Master’s degree in human resource management. She enjoys the cuisine from around the world, and is good at singing English songs.
